Regulations
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) included a focus on improving the way in which the public sector procures goods, services and works. Specifically, how can this be a more sustainable and manageable process? Since 18 October 2018, under Regulation 22 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, all public sector organisations are required, by law, to make sure that communication and information exchange for above-threshold procurement is carried out using electronic means of communication.
